SPK/CTS : New Chitose Airport

It’s the main and most familiar gate to Hokkaido.

The number of annual passengers recovered to over 22,000 in 2023 after the COVID-19 pandemic, making New Chitose AP (CTS) the fifth busiest one in the country.　
You may feel anxious and uneasy if it’s your first time to arrive.
Please do not worry! We will support you from the time of enquiry and solve your concerns and questions before coming to Hokkaido.

On your arrival: When you arrive at New Chitose Airport, your driver or a staff member will meet and greet you at the arrival lobby if you book our service. Please come to Hokkaido without any worries.

We cover Sapporo, Otaru, Furano, Tomamu, Rusutsu, Niseko, and other areas.

Fly from CTS: If you are taking a flight from New Chitose Airport, please let us know your departure flight number and time. We will advise you on the pick-up time, etc.

We will select the recommended vehicle type and provide a quote based on the number of passengers. So please contact us via the enquiry form.

☆New Chitose Airport
　Full of fun and joy! Especially at Domestic terminal.

Ground Floor (1st floor): Arrivals. Gate 1 – 3 are for ANA group and Gate 4 & 5 are for JAL group. You will find Lawsons (convenience shop) and small cafes.
Second Floor: Full of shopping such as a variety of souvenirs, seafood, agricultural products, sweets, clothes and so on!
Third Floor: You can enjoy gourmet ramen noodle, Genghis Khan (lamb BBQ), sushi. soup curry, etc. Even a small chocolate factory is on the the connecting corridor to the international terminal.
Fourth Floor: There are a movie theater and a hot spring. Make good use of waiting time！

Asahikawa & Hakodate

We can also provide transfers to and from Asahikawa Airport, Hakodate Airport, and Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station.

Special service at CTS.
A member of staff other than your driver will greet you in the arrival lobby.
Not only will they help with your luggage, but they will also reduce wasted waiting time to minimum allowing you to depart smoothly and smartly.
*you need to wait for10-20min while your driver goes to the parking lot to pick up your car and returns.
Especially this is an ideal service for your important guests, elderly travelers, children traveling alone and so on. Guests feel treated very important.

A short break on transfer can be taken for free. Some additional charge may be added in the case of over 20min such as for shopping, lunch, visit and so on. Please consult us in advance.
Please set up a meeting time and location if you need to have some time at the airport. (e.g. shopping, meal) Some additional charge may be added in the case that your driver is made to wait longer than 20min after meeting.
We may change service content(s) provided to guests if needed due to flight delays & cancellations, bad weather and/or other matters.
Please have a sufficient time for your flight when you book a transfer for an airport.
We have no responsibility for loss caused by traffic jam, bad weather and natural disaster except for the case caused by our fault.
A booking may be cancelled at 20min after booking time if a guest does not show up and no notification is given. (60min after flight arrival at airport.)
